Est. 2026Taj Hotel & Casino
A palace built around a gaming floor. Two hundred and fourteen suites, ninety tables, and a rooftop that has never once closed early.
Direct reservations include daily breakfast and floor credit. Rates confirmed by our reservations desk within one hour.
Marble upstairs. Green baize below.
The Taj was drawn as one building with two temperaments. Above the mezzanine it is quiet — carved screens, cool stone, corridors wide enough to lose an argument in. Below it, the floor runs on its own clock.
Every suite sits on the courtyard side, so the noise of a good night at the tables never reaches the pillow. Guests take a private lift from the residential floors straight to the salon, and the concierge desk is staffed by people who know which dealer is on shift.

Ninety tables, opened in sequence.
The salon opens at noon, the main floor never shuts, and the high-limit room behind the brass doors takes reservations from 6pm. Minimums rise through the evening — the list below is where each game starts.

From a twenty-two cover tasting room to a rooftop that serves until three. Hotel guests are seated first; the public is welcome at all five.

Terms & conditions
Before you publish: replace every bracketed placeholder with your own company name, registered address, licence details and governing jurisdiction, and have a lawyer in that jurisdiction review this page. It is a starting draft, not legal advice.
These terms govern your use of tajhotelcasino.website and any booking you make through it. The site is operated by [Company Name], a company registered in [Jurisdiction] under number [Company Number], whose registered office is at [Registered Address] ("we", "us", "the hotel"). By using this site you accept these terms.
1. Who may use this site
You must be at least 18 to use this site and at least 21 to enter the gaming floor or use any gaming service we describe. We may ask for photo identification at any time and may refuse entry or service where it is not produced. Information about gaming on this site is directed only at people who are of legal gaming age in the territory where they access it.
2. Reservations and rates
- A reservation is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation and a booking reference. A request submitted through this site is an offer, not a contract.
- Rates are quoted per room per night in [Currency] and exclude taxes and local levies unless stated otherwise.
- We take a valid payment card to hold every booking. Some rates require full payment at the time of booking and are marked as such.
- Where an obvious pricing error is displayed, we may cancel the booking and refund you in full rather than honour the incorrect rate.
3. Cancellation and no-show
- Flexible rates may be cancelled without charge until 48 hours before the arrival date. After that, one night's stay is charged.
- Advance purchase and package rates are non-refundable and cannot be amended once confirmed.
- If you do not arrive and have not cancelled, we charge the full value of the first night and release the room.
- Restaurant and spa reservations cancelled inside four hours may be charged in full.
4. Your stay
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 12:00. The lead guest must be 18 or over and present at check-in. You are responsible for the conduct of everyone in your party and for any damage they cause to the property, which we may charge to your card.
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas except the designated areas. We charge a cleaning fee of [Amount] where this is breached. We may end a stay without refund where a guest's behaviour endangers or seriously disturbs others, our staff, or the property.
5. Gaming
The casino operates under licence number [Licence Number] issued by [Regulator]. All gaming is subject to the house rules displayed on the floor and available from any cash desk, which take precedence over anything described on this site. We may refuse admission, decline a wager, or ask a guest to leave at our discretion. Disputes over a wager are decided by the duty manager and may be referred to [Regulator].
Nothing on this site is an offer to gamble, and no gambling takes place on this site.
6. Website content
We try to keep this site accurate but rates, hours, menus, minimums and availability change and may be out of date. Photographs and descriptions are indicative. Nothing here forms a warranty about any room, service or event.
All text, images, marks and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
7. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Valuables should be kept in the room safe or deposited with the front desk. We are not liable for items left unattended in public areas.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here when you make a booking is the one that applies to it. Material changes will be noted by the date at the top of this page.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction] and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
10. Contact
Write to [Company Name], [Registered Address], or email legal@tajhotelcasino.website.
Privacy policy
Before you publish: fill in the bracketed details and check this against the law that applies to you — GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and gaming-sector rules all add requirements. Have it reviewed by a lawyer.
This policy explains what we do with personal data collected through tajhotelcasino.website and during your stay. The controller is [Company Name], [Registered Address]. Our data protection contact is privacy@tajhotelcasino.website.
1. What we collect
- You give us: name, contact details, payment card, arrival and departure dates, party size, dietary and accessibility needs, loyalty membership, and anything you write in a form or email.
- We collect automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site, and cookie identifiers.
- On the premises: CCTV throughout public areas and the gaming floor, identification documents checked at the door, and gaming activity linked to a player card where you hold one.
- From others: booking platforms, travel agents, payment processors and, where required, identity and anti-money-laundering checks.
2. Why we use it
- To take and honour your booking, and to run your stay — this is performance of our contract with you.
- To meet legal duties: age verification, anti-money-laundering, tax, gaming licence reporting, and lawful requests from [Regulator] or law enforcement.
- For our legitimate interests: securing the premises, preventing fraud and cheating, training staff, improving the site, and defending legal claims.
- For marketing, where you have consented or where you are an existing guest and have not opted out.
3. Who sees it
We share personal data with payment processors, our booking and property systems, email and analytics providers, security contractors, professional advisers, and regulators or authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data. Where data is transferred outside [Jurisdiction] we rely on [transfer mechanism, e.g. standard contractual clauses].
4. How long we keep it
Booking and financial records are kept for [7] years to meet tax and licensing duties. CCTV is normally retained for [30] days unless needed for an investigation. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe, then suppressed so we do not contact you again. Gaming records are kept for the period required by [Regulator].
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can withdraw consent for marketing at any time using the link in any email or by writing to us. We answer within one month. If you are not satisfied you may complain to [Supervisory Authority].
Some data cannot be deleted on request — records we must keep for gaming, tax or anti-money-laundering purposes, and any record relating to a self-exclusion.
6. Self-exclusion records
If you ask to be excluded from our gaming floor we keep your name, photograph and the dates of the exclusion for as long as it lasts and for [5] years afterwards, and we may share it with [Regulator] and other operators taking part in a shared scheme. This is how the exclusion is made to work.
7. Security
Payment card data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors and is not stored on our own servers. Access to guest records is limited to staff who need it, and the site is served over HTTPS.
8. Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child's data has reached us, write to privacy@tajhotelcasino.website and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We update this policy from time to time and will change the date at the top when we do. Material changes will be notified by email where we hold your address.
Cookie policy
Before you publish: list the cookies your site actually sets. If you add analytics or advertising tags, most jurisdictions require a consent banner that blocks them until the visitor agrees.
Cookies are small files a site stores on your device. This page explains which ones we use and how to turn them off.
Strictly necessary
These make the site work and cannot be switched off. They remember your age confirmation, keep a booking form filled in as you move between steps, and balance traffic across our servers. They do not identify you personally.
Preferences
These remember choices such as language and currency so you do not have to set them again. Turning them off means the site forgets your settings between visits.
Analytics
These tell us which pages are read, how people arrive, and where they give up, so we can fix what is not working. We use [Analytics Provider] and the data is aggregated.
Marketing
These let us and our advertising partners show you relevant offers on other sites and measure whether an advert led to a booking. They are only set if you agree.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings — every major browser has a privacy or cookies section. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of this site working, including the booking form. Where we use analytics or marketing cookies, you can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.
Questions
Responsible gaming
Gaming is entertainment, and it costs money to be entertained. Everything below is available at any cash desk, immediately, without explanation.
Before you publish: add the helpline and regulator for your own jurisdiction. Most gaming licences require specific wording, a named regulator and an approved helpline on this page.
What we ask of ourselves
- Nobody under 21 is admitted to the floor. Identification is checked at the door and again at the cash desk.
- We do not extend credit to a guest who has asked us not to, and we do not chase a guest who has stopped coming.
- Our floor staff are trained to notice distress and to step in kindly rather than look away.
- We do not market to anyone who has self-excluded, and we do not use urgency or hardship in our advertising.
Tools you can use
- Deposit and loss limits — set a ceiling per day, week or month. Lowering it takes effect at once; raising it takes 24 hours.
- Time reminders — a discreet message from a host at an interval you choose.
- Cooling-off — a break of 24 hours to 30 days. Your card stops working on the floor and marketing stops.
- Self-exclusion — six months, one year, or five years. We keep your photograph so staff can turn you away, and we cannot lift it early.
Ask at any cash desk, speak to the duty manager, or email play@tajhotelcasino.website. No notice period, no explanation needed.
Signs worth taking seriously
- Playing longer or for more than you planned, more than once.
- Going back to win money back.
- Borrowing, selling things, or using money meant for something else.
- Hiding how much you play from people close to you.
- Feeling anxious, low or irritable when you are not playing.
Any one of these on its own may mean nothing. Several together are worth talking to someone about, and it is easier to do early.
Where to get help
Support is free, confidential and independent of us. In the United States, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is on 1-800-522-4700, available 24 hours. In the United Kingdom, GamCare runs the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133. Elsewhere, [add your national helpline and regulator here]. Gamblers Anonymous holds meetings in most countries and lists them at gamblersanonymous.org.
If you are worried about someone else, these services will talk to you too.
The odds, plainly
Every game on our floor is designed so that the house keeps a small percentage of everything wagered over time. There is no system, no pattern and no due bet. Winning is possible and losing is likely. Play with money you have already decided you can lose, and stop when you reach it.
